RE: [ST] RS vs. 05 ST vs. Thruxton



A strange thing that happened on the ride :

There were two very new St1050's on the ride, both less than 1000kms, and so they were running a both slower than the rest of us.

At the end of our run from Barrydale through to Worcester, over an hour in 30 degrees C plus, both bikes were dripping a small amount of what looks and smells like CopperSlip onto the back wheel when the bikes were parked for a rest.

No one could quite figure out where it was coming from, or why, but it seemed a bit odd.

it didn't seem to be bearing grease.
