[ST] 66,000 pounds and 550 stallions

The torque wrench thread reminded me of an intersting mental picture.
Since one horsepower is defined as one horse pulling upon his harness
against a rope ran back and up, through a pulley, and then straight
down to a 550 pound weight, which the horse lifts one foot off the
ground in one second, a Triumph ST engine, given an extremely high
ratio (numerically speaking) gear and God's own clutch, should be able
to lift a 66,000 pound weight one foot in one second. This would be
equivalent to fully loaded 53 foot long semi trailer.
Pretty amazing, really.
