[ST] SpeedTV and TWT

There is a rumor around tinseltown that a personnel change at Speed has
swapped out the person responsible for the NASCRAP programming emphasis, and
that better motorcycling coverage will be forth coming late this year.  Time
will tell if the rumors eventuate.

Oh, and being semi-retired, and working yesterday, I rode to work, as usual.
Didn't really notice more bikes on the road, which is odd.  It has been hot
here, so the tender may have opted for air conditioned cage commuting.
