19/43 is stock on my 2002 RS. I've been running 18/43 for a couple years 
which is probably the best compromise. Thing is, I try to avoid the highway, 
so perhaps a bit of extra pep from another 2 teeth in the rear will be fun. 
I think they switch from an 18 to a 19 in 2000.
