Jeremy,

Check that you have relays for both headlights before you change the bulb.  
Some of the Euro spec bikes came with only one headlight relay.

Center position is off on the Triumph heated grips.  Down is warm - Up is 
hot.  (I don't have much use for the warm setting)  Up and down depends on 
the orientation of the switch I guess...  I mounted mine with the longer 
side pointing down...

I don't have the hard bags, but I believe that there is some sort of bracket 
that comes with the bags that allows you to secure the exhaust when it's 
rotated down.
