Hey Jeremy,

If the end can is a little loose, try tightening the clamp at the point where 
it slips onto the pipe.

Make sure the can is on as far as it will go. 

I had this problem and found that it needed a further half turn.

Another time I found the pipe was cracked around the bracket that has the 
rubber stopper for the centre stand. I had that mig welded and all was good.
