Re: [ST] Pass switch



Sounds great.  As I've never actually used the pass switch while
driving, I don't think I'll miss it...

I've already performed this mod, converting the Pass switch into a PTT

button and fitting a three way toggle switch to the housing to switch 
between VOX/PTT/TX modes.

I simply disconnected and insulated the existing wiring to the Pass
switch 
and then routed the new wiring into the housing via a grommet and
soldered 
it to the switch.

I took photos of the mods. Give me a half hour or so and I'll upload
them to 
the web and post a link.

It works great BTW but I do occasionally find myself transmitting
friendly 
static to passing bikers rather than flashing the headlights at them
:O)
