[ST] lube instructions in factory service manual?

I couldn't find instructions for the following 'routine maintenance' items 
in the Sprint ST factory service manual:

- lube rear wheel bearing
- lube headstock bearing
- lube swingarm bearing

Did I miss it? Or are these operations so obvious they don't need to be 
covered in the manual? (But they're not obvious to me.) If this question is 
silly, please forgive my mechanical ignorance.
