Garry,
Funny you should post the email on sticky throttle because it was really
bugging me last week end too.  While I was doing the cable lube business I
noticed some black streaks on the handlebar.  I took off the throttle and
wiped it down a bit then put on a very light coat of caliper grease.  It
took a couple minutes of working it but all the stickiness is gone.
