I use Hi-Flo oil filter PN: HF191

Golden Spectro 20W50.  I might go to 10W40 in the winter if it gets cold enough here in FLA.

and, oh yeah, I put in a quart of Duralube in this last oil change to give the engine good cold start protection and help my clutch life.
