[ST] Black Hole Etiquette

Ok, so I spent some time constructing a narrative of a rather unpleasant
experience to share with the liST and sent it off yesterday afternoon around
2:30 (PST).  So far it hasn't appeared on the list or bounced.  In the
interest of not angering the gods, not to mention list stability, how long
does one wait before reposting?
