[ST] European Trips - Route Suggestions Please...!

Hi

Anyone got experiences / suggestions that can help me plan a couple of 
trips set for this summer?  In early May I am riding from UK to 
Slovenia and back, and in late June going out to Nuremberg Ring.  I am 
trying to plan an interesting route out / back, and would value any 
ideas you all have.  There is a slim chance that my Nuremberg trip 
might include detours via either Prague or Warsaw on 'the way back' - 
so anyone who is familiar with riding to / from such places, I'd be 
pleased to hear thoughts / suggestions.
