Great site Matt.

You have certainly done some great and varied riding.

If you know of any improvements that people have made to the ST suspension I would love to hear about it. I am in need of an upgrade at both ends. A few people on this list have already told me of the work they have done in this area, but as it will be expensive I'm researching as much as possible before I make a decision.
