And the union is fighting that nominal suspension?!?!  F$*!ing unions...
This is what gives them a bad rap - they pick the wrong fights, and
waste time and money doing so.  This guy is fortunate that's all he
gets.  Although we'll see after what appears to be a litigious future
for him.....
