It's a shoot-off between the BMW R1200ST, Ducati ST4S ABS,
MZ 1000S (I guess the new MZ 1000ST might have changed the
outcome a bit), Honda VFR ABS and the '05 Triumph Sprint ST.

Motorrad always uses the same point system to rate the bikes
on all possible levels. In this case the Sprint came out on
3rd place. 1st was the R1200ST, 2nd the VFR. I believe the
MZ was 4th and Ducati last. But if you study their point system
carefully you can see that the addition of ABS would have gotten
the Sprint to a 1st place. The Sprint ST will get ABS in summer
I believe and it will be available in red then. If you read the
article it's also clear that the R1200ST might have all the
practical things, but that the Sprint ST gave them the most fun.
