to make longer cables for it. I have  the Heli Bars and had to do the same 
before I bought the ConvertiBars. In my  ST 01 you have took take almost 
everything off including the gas tank ( pain  in the neck to put it back) 
needed two mechanics and myself to do the job.  The Converti Bars people 
clarify that they haven't tried the on all bikes  only on some. Maybe if you 
call them and ask them about them on an ST they  might have newer info.

MOTIONPRO will make longer  cables for you. Just send in your old cables and 
let them know how much longer  you want them to be.
