I have one of those, Xenalock makes them:

I have the one in the pic, the XN18 - Nightmare. It has an 18mm
pin and a 110 db alarm built in. Fully approved with all the
insurers in Europe. The alarm is a great reminder indeed,
although I haven't forgotten to remove this lock yet...
