Re: [ST] First Sprint ST Ride- Clunky Gears

I have had similar experience - when cold I couldn't get the bike to shift
from first to second. And that was letting it run for a bit while I put my
gear on before hopping on the bike. But as I needed to get to work, I had to
go. I actually couldn't get it to shift until I bought steel-toed boots -
which allowed me to exert much more force. Once warmed up, everything was
always fine. It did get better too after maybe 10k miles, but still always
stiff when cold.
