RE: [ST] Heated Grips

Yes Jonathan, it replaces the rocker switch.
A lot of cable is correct, but it is nog very
difficult to install. Most work is to secure all the
wires at a correct place so they won't be damaged
while riding it.

Ask Mike Coan of warm&safe. When you send an email he
will reply promptly and he is the designer of the
thing (and did design the solid state device for
Gerbing; though his own is newer and morte advanced).

You can find the mailadres on the website. I think I
must have a digital wirescheme somewhere, so you can
see it is not at all difficult.

I am assuming that this will replace the rocker
switch, but when I
looked at
the web site, it seemed as if there are a ton of
wires. Is there a
specific
model that works with the Triumph heated grips?

Look into a "Heat Troller". It lets you have infinite
heat settings
instead of just the "high" or "low" you get with the
factory kit.
