Doug, are you sure the rear wheel adjustment cam is not 180 degrees out? If
it is the chain will adjust but the rear end will sit lower. Weasel found
this out the hard way and I have seen some dealers do it by mistake. I'd
loosen the pinch bolt and rotate the adjustment while observing the rear
wheel. If it goes down all of a sudden your on the correct side as that
will raise the rear end and eliminate the stand grinding in most cases.
Worth checking out IMHO.
