out even before the general public has a whack at it? Looks like the people
from last time had first pickings...

It's been that way for many years now. The bastards at SCRAMP have
allowed those who have hook up sites and premier ticket sites to keep
them year after year. No one can ever get one of those spots unless
they know someone who will sell to them.

This way SCRAMP doesn't have to deal with the mad scramble that
happened each year in January.

Been there, done that.
