[ST] for: anyone who has Race Tech Gold Valve cartridge

Based on the inside diameter of my ST forks (3.8cm), the additional 3.5 cm
of oil would equate to 39.7cc per fork, if you meant the oil volume.  Of
course if you meant the remaining air volume with the spring, spacer and top
cap installed, that is a different question for which I have no answer.

My forks are apart because I am doing the 12K service myself, as well as
fixing a few anomalies ("features" we used to call them in aerospace) that
either the factory assembler or the local Triumph professional mechanic
introduced into my ST.  Of twelve valves, only one was out of tolerance and
that by .001" too large.  Of course, the local dealer didn't have the shim
size I needed so it is on order along with some gaskets and seals.  BTW, the
shim price was around $7.50.
