I'd say Narvik or Hawk.
I have a set of Held Gore-Tex that have lasted 3 years with minimal wear
issues. The only time they failed to be waterproof was while riding
western Virginia through hurricane Isadore back in '02. Not too bulky.
The model I have is obsolete, but the two mentioned above seem similar.
And that finger squeegee is something I've learned I can't live without!

Nope, no heated grips. I considered that but would not really use them
that often.
