I usually never turn it off with the kill switch, but the engine
always lights up around the 4th crank. It doesn't matter whether
it's cold and has been standing for a week or warm and ran just
15 seconds before that time. It also doesn't matter whether I
kill it or switch it off. It's always the same, ignition switch
on, puss the starter without touching the throttle and it will
run around the 4th crank.

Different with Markus' Sprint ST though (also 2001), his seems to
have a hard time restarting when warm. But it always starts on
the second attempt. I think that might indicate another problem...

Does my Sprint's (or Markus' Sprint) behaviour sound odd then?
