Yup.  That's about what mine does.  I always shut down with the key - never
the kill switch.

'06 ABS (Blue, but I'm not sure that makes a difference.)

FYI

My 05 ST turns over about six times when cold before firing. When hot two
turns is all it takes. So far this has been very consistant.
