Re: [ST] New Tiger & others

"So many bikes, such a small shed."

I have the space but not the budget! The wiff (She Who Must be Obeyed) will never let me get away with borrowing/ HP on a bike (its a toy in her book), so it takes me a while to get enough together to splash on a bike.

I have the Daytona for blasts though the passes, short distance touring (fine up to 500 kms) and track days, now I need (in order of want):

1. Robust Trailie that really has long range off-road ability : currently flavor of the month is a KLR650
2. Something with attitude for short runs to the local watering/ breakfast holes, commuting to work, cruising with the missus: I think a Speed Triple would do this well (maybe Thruxton?)

cheers
