[ST] RS Question

I have been told my RS is low on HP.  It has the latest tune, stock air filter and exhaust.  It was dynoed at 82 HP at the wheel.  Does this sound about right?  I figured 108 - 10% = 97 rhp, or are my figures off.
   
  If it is low where should I start to get it up to snuff.   
   
  Bought it with 300 miles on the clock, Broke in according to manual, currently has 8000miles, has felt low on power the whole time. Actually felt down after the dealer changed the gas line recall, but this was still in the break in period so I wasnt pushing it.
   
  BTW looking for front springs or some solution for the soft feel, Aftermarket exhaust, aftermarket shock, etc.  If you have anything you are looking to sell let me know.
