That sounds low. When you had it dyno'd, did they plot the air/fuel ratio 
too? If that's in the ballpark, then I'd look at having a compression test 
done. Maybe a valve isn't closing properly/completely and letting some of 
the BOOM escape rather than pushing the piston down.
