Re: [ST] Fwd: Bad news about Larry Grodsky

I think the lack of response may be due to some of us just not knowing
what to say. Its hard to fathom a loss like this. We always hear about
the squids who bite it, or the guys who were out drinking and decided
they could ride home, etc. But we hardly ever hear stories like
Larry's. I'll admit that I've only read his column a couple times (I'm
not big on magazines), but I gather that he was very influential in the
fields of safety and training. We can't really afford to lose people
like that...

Thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.

This is very sad news indeed. Larry wrote a great column that I've been

reading for many years and I've gotten a lot of great advice from him.
He
will be sorely missed by me and all the real riders around the country
and
the world.

I'm a bit disappointed by the lack of response from this list. Larry
was
one of the "good guys". We are all diminished with his passing.
