If you have a TuneBoy, it can and is being done.  A guy by the name of PK has two tunes that at least two guys on this list run.  One is his Power tune and the other his Touring tune.  Both are variations of the same tune just the Touring version is tweeked for better economy in the cruising RPM range.  The biggest factor when it comes to economy isn't the tune, it's your right wrist.
