[ST] Radiator fill

Jeff, there is a air bleed screw on top of the motor inlet that needs to be
opened until fluid starts to dribble out.
Going half way up at a light and immediately cooling once under way is
acceptable.
It should drop slightly as the fans come on while sitting but will drop
fats once underway.
