Bill,

Just did my '03 ST a little over a week ago (genmars that is). I had no problem at all with brake line length but make sure that the clips that keep the lines from flapping around are off first, then snap them back on once the genmars are in.
The only clearance problem I have is that the throttle cable guides scrape the fairing at full lock. I will try to loosen and retighten the fairing to see if some clearance can be found.
