All I can say is make sure you spend as much on her toys as your own... 
This shouldn't be hard considering that she's interested in riding, but
sometimes we lose track of things...

OK, so I'm getting some good advice here.
 
1. Buy the house, with a garage. 
 
2. Gradually fill it with toys. (I'm assuming "it" is the garage only.
Last time I did motorcycle repair and storage in the living room I was
in all sorts of trouble...).
 
3. When she notices and protests, ask for forgiveness and apologise for
not getting permission. 
 
4. Carry on.
 
Anything else that can be added from those that know about maintaining
wedded bliss???
