Not entirely.  Even the '02 & later "closed loop" systems only control
fuel trim at and just above idle.  I believe there is no effect above
1500 rpm.  Additionally, Triumph uses a combination of sensor inputs
(throttle position, intake temp, barometric pressure, coolant temp,
crankshaft position and the like) to determine injection quantity and
ignition advance.

I'm not aware of mass air sensors in these applications.
