Re: [ST] Emulator question



Jack the emulators allow one to adjust compression damping, rebound 
is controled by  weight of fork oil. One can also play with oil level 
which affects compression action. That said regards the emulators 
they are pretty much set and forget. The basic setting for street is 
I think 2 turns, and for all but the VERY heaviest riders or track 
riding that will be fine. Fork oil weight is good at 10wt again for 
all but the heaviest rider. The big improvement is in right the 
correct weight springs for ones weight ( if you are 190 lbs or 
better1kg is the way to go)  with emulators, it sort of works as a 
whole. once done just set preload and off you go!
