Got a quick reply from my extra question yesterday abou the
materials used. The foam is moulded polyeurathane foam and
the cover is black vinyl.

Emile,
I had a good look at the P & P site and can only see that they use ordinary
seat foam, which is what causes me discomfort on long rides. The covers and
other customising bits look great, but the cheaper foam could be the reason why
they're so much cheaper than Sargent.
I'll wait for the email from them, but it doesnt look promising.
