I'm not sure, but I'm curious enough to measure!  I'll do that when I get 
home tonight.

>From eyeballing it, they are a little wider than the mirrors.  They are 
the widest part of the bike now.  How nice that they hold my stuff, and 
double as frame sliders! :)
