Depends on what you mean by a "Clear Bra" are talking 
aboutclear  material like the 3m film or the Tankslapper film?  if we 
are they do not breath. What they do is allow UV rays to pass through 
them. In this application this is a very good thing. If they blocked 
UV rays then the paint would fade around the material but not under 
it. Then if you removed it the paint could be different shades.
