I would have agreed with you Matt, until I learned of peoples experiences 
with BMW, mostly on this list. The price asked for these bikes, v's the problems, 
the failing ABS system springs to mind, how BMW responds to faults and also 
my experience when I was thinking of buying one, certainly made me balk at 
shelling out my hard earned.

(Is that "beholder" or "beerholder"???)
