Even if issued a ticket, it would only be for a "right of 
way" violation --  not anyway near what it should be - 
And if you are a politian in PA- hell, you can even kill 
somebody here in PA, go to jail for a couple of months and 
have your wife get a cushy job with the political party 
while you're in there.

Ohio and California currently have introduced legislation 
for increased penalties for right of way violations. .

Ex: Ohio Senate Bill 158 (SB-158), introduced on June 29 
by Senator Charlie Wilson (D-Bridgeport), would increase 
penalties for those motor vehicle operators convicted of 
or pleading guilty to an assured clear distance, marked 
lane, or right-of-way violation that resulted in serious 
harm to another person or death.
