Cool.  Now cops can just sit at a computer instead of behind trees and billboards, then issue a ticket online whenever you're speeding.  Maybe that'll be hooked up to your checking account and you won't have to worry about it... the funds will just be withdrawn every time you receive a ticket in your email.  lol.
