The Problem is the bike comes new with 3 extra lock cylinders all
keyed like the ignition. These 3 cylinders are for the 2 saddle bags and
top box so 1 key operates everything on the bike. The bags and top box
do not come with the lock cylinders just holes for them to snap into.
