My second set are on the way out at 19k.  There are two slots in the
Triumph pads that tell you when they would like you to buy new ones.

Just measured some new triumph ones at 3.8mm of material.

ask since I recently did the brake clean job on my Sprint and there
didn't
appear to be much 'meat' left but I recall someone saying the meat on
brand new pads is not that thick anyway.  Also....on a related note,
how
long do they normally last - I have about 18K on mine ?
