[ST] Intermittent starter issues

Looking for some assitance on checking out an intermittent starter issue.
   
  Symptom: Press the starter button, headlights, and instrument lights go out (as expected), but not starter motor.
   
  Initial plan was to check at the connection to the starter solenoid for activity, problem is I can't follow the rats nest of wiring under the instrument cluster to figure out where the starter solenoid is located.
   
  Any help, greatly appreciated.
