I don't have either but:  The Power Commander sits after your ECU and modifies its feed to the motor whereas the TuneBoy allows you to alter the map within the ECU to achieve (possibly) the same thing.

Excuse the dimwit question, but what is the difference between Tune boy and Power commander ? Same product by different manufacturers or a completely different product?

Is it only useful for aftermarket cans or does it help with stock cans?

I've asked the dealers around here but just get a blank look, none of them seem to have heard of it.

( I've seen lots of talk on this list about Tune boy, but Zip on the power commander )
