I don't know / think if it's really noticable, except when you're a
track rider, but the USD forks are supposed to bring the weight down
on the part that's bouncing up and down all the time; the front wheel.
So less weight, means less inertia when bouncing, means slightly
better grip (especially after a bounce upwards).
