Wow - that severe of a temperature change that quickly?  100 degrees in August to the 40's/50's in early October?  Or is it one of those things where anything under 70 requires an electric vest because you get adjusted to the heat?

climate notes:

HSTA has the Theodosia, MO / "BS" [Bull Shoals] rally the first weekend
after Labor Day [when the kids are back in school, and the fishermen count
has dwindled], and the weather is almost always delightful.

STeve and the guys have the motolist ride to Bull Shoals, Arkansas [the
south side of the same lake] around the 10th of October, and you can be glad
you brought the electric vest.

don't be fooled by the hog-centric info, we had a HawkGT gathering there and
they were most cordial.
