Our forecast is similar:
"At 945 am heavy rain continues to fall over the coast and Coast
Mountains of northwest Oregon and southwest Washington. Rainfall
amounts during the past 12 hours range from 1 to 6 inches in the coast
hills and mountains... with the highest amounts in Tillamook* and
Clatsop counties. Heavy precipitation is expected to continue
Monday... with additional amounts of 3 to 9 inches expected through
Tuesday morning."

We may need more than a snorkel if this keeps up...
