I got a hugger from Streetfighters about 3 months ago for my S3 - I had to
call and I believe I spoke to David Cork (the guy I spoke to was English)
himself.  They delivered when they promised - took some time since they
were on back-order from Skidmarx.

YMMV of course.

How long ago did you purchase. I read something yesterday about 
Streetfighter's (maybe not the same company)  going out of business and 
keeping peoples money without sending products.
