[ST] Cut out when going to lower revs

Hi Stevo,

Relative throttle position needs adjustment?
Is it stalling only when going from hight rev to idle fast?
If yes that's probably it. 
Did you notice a lake of power otherwise. If not
that's probably not the fuel feeding.

Since I have a 02 I have no experience about the impact of a bad
CO2 on the idle behavior. But it could be related too.
